Went on Sunday for breakfast burritos. Mobbed!! Had a bit of a wait, but the BB's were awesome, and the green chili is excellent! They had bottles of it behind the counter or fresh. Used to go here all the time when lived in FC.

Consuelo's is the best place, every time I've ordered in person or on dash it's been incredible. Their staff are always friendly, the green chile is out of this world, and their portions are great. Prices on everything are well within market, it's a must try if you have not - they won the 2025 Best use of green Chile awards hosted in NM which means you got to try! and a family-owned business in Fort Collins, Colorado if you want to keep supporting local.

Consuelo's Express is a great place to get your breakfast on the way to work. The burritos are excellent and the food is delicious. Take one look at the line every morning, it speaks to the quality and popularity of the food. If you need a good breakfast and are on the way to work, stop by and try a breakfast burrito special. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome burritos. My personal favorite is the chorizo, egg, and potatoes. Service is fast, but the only place you can sit and eat is outside. Great if you're on the go or want a quick bite!
